    FREE CONSULTATION
    Our team partners with you to develop your Technical Package—complete with detailed diagrams, design templates, and a comprehensive Bill of Materials. We specify paper type, tip dimensions, and packaging requirements, then create 3D visual mock-ups so you can see your final product before production.
    SAMPLES
    Order a physical sample based on your approved Technical Package to evaluate quality, fit, and finish before committing to full production.
    MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
    Cones: 5 cases (approximately 25,000 units). Tubes: 1 case (approximately 1,000 units).
    PRODUCTION TIMELINE
    Production runs 3–5 weeks from final approval to delivery. Some new custom orders may require 1–2 weeks for setup and tooling.
    SHIPPING & PRICING
    Air freight is included at no additional cost. All taxes are built into your quoted price—no surprises at checkout.

    DEDICATED PRODUCTION

    Priority program entry starts at 1 pallet (45 cases). For cones, that's approximately 200k–250k units. For tubes, around 50,000 units. Exact quantities are tailored to your project needs.
