While our exact methods and techniques are proprietary, we can tell you that we employ both automated and manual processes to bring you the finest quality cones and tubes. Our wrapper mill is located in the USA and is sustainably operated by dedicated team of scientists and engineers working to make the finest wrapper possible. Our hemp cones and tubes support American industry and innovation. At our factory in Bali, we have a team of master artisans who are among the best in the world. Their skills have been refined over generations. Paper craft is deeply embedded in the Balinese economy, history and religion. Our cones and tubes are not only pieces of art, but also a part of culture.

Our dedication to quality doesn't end at superior craftsmanship. The material we use to make our cones and tubes is meticulously sourced. We use only 2 ingredients to make our wrapper - 100% American-grown hemp and water. Each batch of hemp is tested before and after it is made into wrapper. The tests are extensive, in accordance with Phase 3 compliance requirements. A third party laboratory performs the testing for cannabinoids, residual solvents, heavy metals, pesticides, microbes and other contaminants.

Our rolling paper is made at the finest European paper mills. These mills have a long and storied history of excellence, and are operated according to strict environmental standards. Colored rolling papers are made with vegetable based dyes. These dyes are non-toxic, food safe and will not stain your skin.

To seal our cones and tubes we use Gum Arabic. Gum Arabic is a 100% natural adhesive made from plants. Gum Arabic is a type of sugar harvested from Acacia trees. Gum Arabic is food-safe, FDA approved and has been used for centuries in a variety of applications. Producing Gum Arabic does not require chemicals and there are no harmful byproducts or waste. We love using Gum Arabic because it is odorless, flavorless, vegan, non-toxic, non-GMO and sustainable.
